Welcome to Cougar Ridge
Cougar Ridge Residents Association (CRRA) is a community-run, not-for-profit organization operating in the Cougar Ridge neighborhood. It’s not a business offering goods or services for profit, but rather an association serving the interests of local residents.
A Community That Cares for Its Own
Landscaping
Our objective is to make Cougar Ridge a beautiful place to live by enhancing and maintaining the greenspaces in our community.
Annual Fee
The Annual Fees are how it all gets done. CRRA fees are mandatory for our members and due on June 29th. They cover the fiscal year Jan 1 to Dec 31.
CRRA Members
Our most important asset! Cougar Ridge lot owners with the CRRA encumbrance on their land title are who we are.
Realtors and Law Firms
Those requiring account status information should contact First Service Residential, the management firm directly.
Why Cougar Ridge Looks the Way It Does

CRRA’s Role in the Neighborhood
The CRRA looks after the shared spaces the City leaves out. These include landscaped medians, entrance signs, and pathway edges that shape the look of Cougar Ridge.

How It's Funded
Homeowners with a CRRA encumbrance pay an annual fee that funds all operations. Every dollar stays local and supports visible upkeep year-round.

Led by the People Who Live Here
A volunteer board of residents runs the association. They manage budgets, guide priorities, and ensure the work reflects the needs of those who live here.
It’s easy to overlook the small things. Until they stop being taken care of. We volunteer because we live here. And we want Cougar Ridge to keep feeling like home.

The CRRA annual fee funds the enhanced maintenance of Cougar Ridge’s shared spaces. This includes landscaping, seasonal care, and the upkeep of medians, boulevards, paths, and signage—well beyond what the City provides.
